After purchasing the All Access Pass, you are sent an email with a link where you are asked to add your membership details. Once you do, you receive a unique membership code.

You’ll then receive a “Manage your tickets” email. You can ignore this email and go straight to https://www.manyhatscollaboration.org/thehatchery to book your All Access tickets.
You’ll book your tickets individually, entering your unique membership code at checkout, which unlocks the ticket type linked to the All Access Pass.

The All Access Pass is valid for a total of three redemptions: two tickets to live showings (either two tickets for the same performance or single tickets to two different performances) and one ticket for the screening of “Contracorriente.”
You must book these tickets in advance for each individual event. Your membership code will work for all three events. Each time the code is used to claim a ticket for an event, it counts as one redemption.
Online sales close two hours before curtain and unclaimed membership redemptions will not be honored at the door.
